Frequently asked questions
Which file formats can I read?
Books: EPUB and PDF. Comics, manga and manhwa: CBZ, CBR and folders of images (JPG, PNG, WebP). DRM-protected files bought from other stores can't be opened.
How do I add books and comics?
Tap the + button in your library and pick files from your device or a cloud provider such as iCloud Drive or Google Drive. You can also share a file to Yomibang from another app.
How do I read manga right to left?
Manga opens right to left automatically. You can change the direction for any title from the reader menu → Reading mode.
How do I read manhwa as a long vertical strip?
Open the reader menu → Reading mode → Long strip. Images are stacked with no gaps so you can scroll continuously.
Do I need an account?
No. Yomibang works without an account, and your library stays on your device.
Where are my files stored? Will I lose them if I delete the app?
Imported files and your reading progress are stored inside the app on your device. Deleting the app removes them, so keep your original files somewhere safe.
